TSS Shripad Hegde Kadave Institute of Medical Sciences, commonly known as TSS Hospital, was established with the aim of improving healthcare services in Sirsi and the surrounding rural regions. The hospital is dedicated to providing affordable and quality medical care, especially to families from farming and cottage industry backgrounds.

Founded by the Totagarara Seva Samiti (TSS) Charitable Trust, the hospital is a result of the collective efforts of co-operative leaders, philanthropists, and social workers who envisioned better healthcare access for the local community. It was established in memory of Late Shri Shripad Hegde Kadave, a respected co-operative leader and humanitarian, whose life and work continue to inspire the institution.

Since its inception, TSS Hospital has been committed to reaching out to those in need through ethical practices and quality treatment. Its reputation has grown steadily, drawing patients from nearby towns and districts as well.
